Stay with up to 8 family and friends in this spacious mountain townhome in Fraser, Colorado! "Presidents Summit" offers room for everyone as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home. Nestled near a premier ski resort, this centrally located townhome offers both tranquility and convenience. The views are amazing from the homes large balcony with comfortable outdoor adirondack chairs. Lay back and take in the gorgeous mountainside!

There's ample room for relaxation after hitting the slopes in the large living room. The comfy large sectional sofa and ottomans provide plenty of seating around the cozy gas fireplace and large Smart TV. Stream your favorite shows while you cozy up together, or the available family games! When it's time to eat, you'll have everything you need in the full, well-equipped kitchen and seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer too!

The main bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath with standing shower, and the 2nd suite a Queen bed with another ensuite bath! For convenience, the 3rd bedroom has access to its own 3rd bathroom in the home. Room for everyone! You're only a short trip from the mountain and with a nearby bus stop, accessing the Winter Park resort and town amenities is effortless. Jump into all Fraser/Winter Park has to offer from skiing, boarding, tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, concerts and festivals. Your perfect mountain getaway awaits!

While you may have your own vehicle for travel, you can take advantage of the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevation Destinations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Located in Downtown, a neighborhood in Fraser, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Cozens Ranch House Museum and Moffat Tunnel West Portal are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Byers Peak Wilderness and Vasquez Peak Wilderness.
