Step into the living area, where you'll find a blend of elegance and comfort. With in-floor radiant heating, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and custom lighting, this space is designed for relaxation. Picture yourself lounging on the plush leather furniture, enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace, all while soaking in the stunning mountain views through the numerous large windows that frame the beauty of the outdoors. The kitchen island boasts a spacious breakfast bar with seating for three, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight at the main table. While you'll find pots and pans ready for use, don’t forget to bring your own cooking ingredients to whip up your favorite meals.
Retreat to the roomy primary bedroom, which offers a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities for added convenience. The second bedroom is cozy with a Queen bed, and just across the hallway, you'll find a bathroom for easy access. Perfect for kids, the third bedroom near the entrance is outfitted with a Double Bunk bed and a Twin Bunk bed, making it a fun space for little ones to enjoy.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the Den features a Queen sofa sleeper, providing an extra spot to kick back and watch a movie or cheer on your favorite sports team.

Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This unit is located on the first floor of the building. Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot. Parking is available in the open next to the walkway leading to the condo entrance, with a maximum of 3 cars suggested.

House Rules: No pets allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property.
