The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views.

To access this unit, you will need to ascend a set of stairs. Please be aware that, as it is located on the ground floor, it does not offer handicap accessibility.
