Escape to our charming Franklin, TN home & enjoy a thoughtfully appointed house, filled with character that will make it the most memorable & fun stay for your group. Large private backyard w/play set & covered patio, a "speak-easy-esque" finished basement with pool table, TV, & bar separate from TWO other living room spaces, plenty of space for families or groups. Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1 mile from Downtown Franklin & 30 minute drive to Downtown Nashville.

The Space:
2,574 Sq. Ft. home, originally built 1951 and has since been renovated. There are 4 bedrooms (One of them being quite small with a twin-sized trundle) and 3 full bathrooms. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, small dining area, living room, and 2nd living room/den area are all on a single level of the house except for the basement bar and lounge area which has stairs leading down to it from the interior of the house. Please view the photos and read their descriptions to get a better visual of the following. There is a charcoal grill out back!

BEDROOM 1: King size bed with en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a standing shower only, no tub.
BEDROOM 2: King size bed
BEDROOM 3: King size bed
BEDROOM 4: Twin size trundle bed. This means someone can sleep on the twin size bed, and there is another pull out twin size bed underneath (with a memory foam mattress as well).
DEN: Queen Sleeper Sofa

BATHROOM 1: En suite to Bedroom 1. Standing shower only.
BATHROOM 2: Between Bedroom 2 & 3. Shower/tub combo and double vanity.
BATHROOM 3: Next to Bedroom 4 and Living Room 2. Double vanity and walk-in shower.

TV's: There are 2 TV's at the property. One in the main living room and one in the basement bar & lounge area.

BABY GEAR: We offer a Pack & Play (sheets and bedding not provided), High Chair and Baby Gate (all kept in the bedroom closet)! Although we offer this, please not the house is not "child-proofed."

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.

Getting Around:
-Uber and Lyft are very accessible in our area.

- Franklin Transit Authority (public trolley with door to door service, $5 round trip to anywhere in Franklin/Cool Springs)

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

Interaction with Guests:
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.

You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!

Franklin is home to this vacation home. Westhaven Golf Club and Crockett Park Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit CoolSprings Galleria and The Factory. SOAR Adventure Tower and McLemore Park are also worth visiting.
