Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, (newly renovated), charming 3 bedrooms 2 bath home. Sleeps 6-7. Great screened-in porch and yard. Peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. A portion of your fee will be donated to a local charity serving vulnerable women/girls around the world. If you are wondering why there are no reviews yet...we just purchased it and will rent it until we are able to move to Franklin full-time! NOTE - The property is equipped with (4) external security cameras that are located openly at 1.) front door 2.) Rear yard/porch 3.) The side entrance to the garage.) view of the front of the house/yard/street. They are all easily viewable (small, square, black boxes that are about 2" x 2". FYI - There are NO indoor cameras or other recording devices of any kind on the property.

Located in Franklin, this vacation home is in the city center. Franklin Theatre and Pull-Tight Players Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include McLemore House and Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County.
