This home is pet-friendly and sleeps up to four people utilizing the pullout queen-sized couch upstairs, Also equipped with a spacious deck, a welcoming electric fireplace in the bedroom, a Smart TV, gas grill and tools, Keurig, french press, tea kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea to start your day off right. The central location is just 10 minutes from adorable downtown Franklin and offers easy access to a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, rafting, and fishing, making it the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation. *NO PET FEES!*

Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, first aid kit, and more are provided for your use.

Located in Franklin, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Tessentee Bottomland Preserve and Nantahala National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Ruby City Gems & Minerals and Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts.
