Fully stocked kitchen, linens included, and beach accessories available. Optional fee to use clubhouse amenities incl gorgeous free-form swimming pool, fitness center, wet and dry spa rooms, pool tables, ping pong, poker tables, firepit, pickleball, and basketball!

The first floor has an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has a large kitchen island perfect for hosting the entire family. Enjoy cooking with the double ovens, electric stovetop, and all countertop appliances included. You find access to a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and all baking needs!
The living room has a large couch and smart television that is perfect for relaxing on after a long day at the beach.

The 2nd floor is the perfect retreat! It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft area. Off the guest bedroom is a private balcony with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The loft area has a queen-sized pull out sofa, reclining sofas, and plenty of books and games waiting for you to enjoy. You will also find a large laundry room.

The garage has access for two cars. You will have access to bikes, a grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and games. The neighborhood is a great place for evening bike rides, skateboards, roller skates, and evening walks.
