LA FALAISE is a unique stone cottage, clinging to a hillside, set only 2 minutes walk from the famous busy village of Domme, voted "one of the prettiest village of France".
It enjoys its own private pool, central AC, high speed internet and a panoramic view over the valley below.
With its 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, perfectly fitted kitchen, cosy living room it is the perfect place from which to explore the Black Perigord and its treasures.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

On the ground floor:
* a large living room, offering:
- a comfortable sitting area, with leather sofa and armchairs, coffee table, and a wood burning stove ideal for mid season stays.
- a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and dining area for up to 6 people.
A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find:
* a first double bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. This room has glass doors opening onto the balcony.
* alongside, and up a couple of steps is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
* a twin bedroom with two single beds
* the third bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a hanging rail.
* a family bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet
For our guests comfort, the house is completely air conditioned.

* A small terrace area is situated at the front of the house, with table, chairs and parasol for outside dining.
The pool area set below the house, is equipped with sun loungers for you to admire the views whilst relaxing in the peace and quiet.
Private parking for up to 2 cars.
Domme is home to this vacation home. Écomusée de la Noix and Manoir de Gisson are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at AirParc Perigord and Lolivarie Golf Club. Gardens of Marqueyssac and Les Jardins d'Eau are also worth visiting.
