This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo is located on the ground floor and features an extra-large beach-level patio overlooking the Gulf—perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and faces the beach, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds. The living room features a brand-new queen-size sleeper sofa and a comfortable recliner for added relaxation. The living area includes a brand-new large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and both bedrooms also feature new wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The unit is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, making it ideal for cooking and entertaining. For added convenience, the condo includes a laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Okaloosa Island, a neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach. HarborWalk Village and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Okaloosa Island Beach and Fort Walton Beaches.
