This bright, cheery unit is located on the second floor of building one. This is an end unit which is larger and has a more open feeling with two extra windows in the living room area. Centrally located to both pools and just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is fully furnished. Living room has a sofa sleeper and access to the balcony that overlooks the courtyard area. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed which is perfect for two couples. Complex has two pools, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness room, whirlpool, sauna and 24 hour security. Free Wi-Fi available

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
