Guests interested in extended winter stays are welcome to ask about special monthly snowbird pricing. During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

Please note that this unit is an individually owned residential condo and is not ADA‑accessible. Doorways, bathrooms, and tub/shower entries have standard residential dimensions and may not accommodate mobility devices. The beach access behind the building is stairs only; however, a public beach access with a handicap‑accessible ramp is located immediately next door. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.
