Escape to a beautiful beachfront corner unit on the 5th floor of Ocean Harbour South! This renovated, well-maintained unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and is tiled throughout. The large wrap-around balcony offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach, and both the living room and master bedroom offer wonderful ocean views as well. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size Simmons Beautyrest bed, 43" smart tv, and a fold-down table beneath the window that doubles as a great office desk with a view. The master also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a large roman shower and a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size Simmons Beautyrest bed, 50" smart tv and a walk-in closet as well.
Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, and relax on the new patio furniture on the balcony while enjoying the beach air and the sound of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach bag, and boogie board are all provided for your enjoyment on the beach.
The condo association generally requires 30 days to approve lease applications, so last minute bookings are not accepted. Please book early to ensure that the requirements are met. This involves a lease application which costs $150 for new applicants or $100 for returning guests. (This is included in the quote as part of the host fee. The other part of the host fee is for cleaning.)
Perfect for one or two couples, this unit is located less than 2 hours from Orlando Airport. It is just 15 minutes south of Vero Beach and 1.5 hours north of West Palm Beach, with Fort Pierce just on the other side of the causeway. Fort Pierce offers many great restaurants and little boutiques to explore.

Located in Fort Pierce, this condo is on the beach. St. Lucie County Aquarium and Heathcote Botanical Gardens are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Fort Pierce Farmer's Market and Fort Pierce Shopping Center. McAlpin Fine Arts Center and Vero Train Station are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
