Just steps to the beach and the pool. This unit is one of the closest to one of the best beaches in the area. This 1st floor 2-bedroom villa has tile throughout. The kitchen has been upgraded. Living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Flat screen TV's in both living room and bedroom. Master bathroom area has beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom can be made up as two twin beds, or combined as a king size bed. WiFi, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer are all included. The community has a 24 hr. manned security gate.
