Warm weather and miles and miles of sandy beaches await you in this hidden paradise, nestled between Cocoa Beach and West Palm Beach, FL. Our one bedroom condo is located inside of the Ocean Village gated community in FT Pierce/ South Hutchison Island. It has 4 community swimming pools, a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, recreational center, fitness center, shuffle board, basket ball court, an on site restaurant, a pool-side tiki bar. The miles of secluded Sandy White Beaches are located on the east side of the property, with an approximately 4 minute walk from our apartment.
Our 1 bed/1 bath condo is located on the second floor and was re-decorated and re-furnished into an upscale nautical/coastal theme rental dream. The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs with cable from Direct TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The condo has a patio with a sitting area perfect for guest that wish to visit. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a soft, pillow-top mattress above the regular mattress. In addition, the living room has a new queen size sofa bed .The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. We hope our home becomes your second home and that you will visit us, year after year. As of June 2024 a new Main Pool will start construction/ rebuilt. We also added new flooring and paint to the apartment. The restaurant is temporarily closed & a new onsite restaurant will be opening in the foreseeable future
Located in Fort Pierce, this condo is in the city center and near the beach. St. Lucie County Aquarium and Heathcote Botanical Gardens are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Fort Pierce Farmer's Market and Fort Pierce Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider McAlpin Fine Arts Center, or check out an event or a game at John B. Park Sports Complex.
