Welcome to Crain’s Perch. This stunning 3 bed/ 2 bath home features luxurious furnishings where no detail was left out. A stunning gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero Fridge, and plenty of space for all to gather. A full-size freezer is in the laundry area. A beautiful dining table seats 6 guests with additional seating for 4 at the island. If dining al fresco is what your party wants, then an outdoor table is available in the screened in lanai and seats 6 guests. Vaulted ceilings throughout the main living areas make the space feel light and airy. The living room features a beautiful sectional to relax on after a full day in the sun. An oversized master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and large his and hers closets. The en suite includes double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The other two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, with a sleeper sofa in the downstairs this home sleeps 8 comfortably. Downstairs there is an additional living area that is perfect for kids and features a ping pong table. The only interior access between the floors is by an inside elevator.
