Pool heating is an extra fee- Please ask. (If for some reason, pool heating does not work during the stay, only the pool heating fee will be returned)

Pool rules: Adult supervision for children at all times No diving No running No jumping in the pool - please use steps.
Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.
Maximum 3 cars allowed - No street parking - all cars must be in driveway
Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used

Pool heaters, like any piece of technology, can occasionally experience issues. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee pool heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues, except for the original pool heating fee.
If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen.

East Fort Lauderdale, a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, is home to this vacation home. Bahia Mar Marina and Pier 66 Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Las Olas Boulevard and Dania Pointe. Bonnet House Museum and Gardens and International Swimming Hall of Fame are also worth visiting.
