It is a two bedroom, one bathroom home that is the complete package of Old Town style and New Town comfort. The property is located within walking or biking distance of Historic Downtown Fort Collins, which hosts a large variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops. It is even closer to CSU, City Park, and Beavers grocery store. City Park has a great playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, walking paths, a pond, a public pool with waterslides, outdoor fitness stations, and lots of green grass for relaxing. The property is on the right side of town for just a short car ride to Horsetooth Reservoir, where guests have access to many opportunities for hiking, mountain and road biking, rock climbing, and water sports.
