This colorful modern home is the perfect spot for your Fort Collins getaway! Located in Old Town North, this home is just minutes away from world-class breweries, the Poudre River Trail and Whitewater Park, and Old Town’s shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy sunset mountain views from the hot tub on the rooftop patio; wake up rested in the cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; serve up a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen; or challenge each other to a Skee-Ball, Atari, Nintendo, or Sony PlayStation tournament.

The Night Owl Sleeping Space: This basement sleeping area features a king bed and easy access to a half-bathroom. Perfect for those who want to stay up late enjoying the gaming consoles and TV.
