The living area features a spacious kitchen with a large kitchen island, cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and plenty of space to relax with loved ones. Both bedrooms are on the second level and are well-appointed with plush beds, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities. The large primary bedroom also includes a private covered balcony that is perfect for a morning coffee!
Conveniently located in Old Town North, this townhome is a short 20-minute stroll to/from Old Town along the scenic Poudre River Trail. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the river followed by brunch, shopping and art walks around Old Town. Or grab the complimentary cruiser bikes to embark on a self-guided brewery tour, explore the local trail systems and discover why biking is such an integral part of our community in Fort Collins. You can easily discover all that Fort Collins has to offer from this perfectly located townhome, where comfort and style effortlessly meet.
