Beautiful, bright, spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home on the 17th hole of Abbey Springs Golf Course just two blocks or a golf cart ride away from all Abbey Springs has to offer! Perfect retreat for your family or two families and ideal for entertaining! 4 person golf cart comes with the house.
Abbey Springs is located in Fontana, Wisconsin just steps away from idyllic Lake Geneva. Abbey Springs offers a year round indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & gym. There is an outdoor pool in the summer, tennis courts and pickleball. Abbey Springs has it's own private beach and piers and has 3 restaurants on property. There is an 18 hole golf course and so much more to do in Abbey Springs.
Enter the house through the garage and walk into the "Bonus Bedroom" which has a Queen Bed and Twin Trundle Beds. Laundry is located in the closet in here. There is no door, but walk up 6 stairs to the eat-in Kitchen with dining table for 8. Foyer and Front Door (house is located on a hill) and features 1st Floor Primary Suite with king size bed, patio & full Bathroom.
Walk up 6 steps to huge Living Room & Dining Room with 20 foot floor to ceiling windows overlooking creek, golf course and woods. Sweeping Deck and outdoor Family Room traverse the house with both a gas grill and charcoal grill. Huge wood burning stone Fireplace separates the two rooms.
Walk up 6 more steps to top floor featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Primary Bedroom has walk in closet and ensuite full Bath with double vanity.
2nd Bedroom is bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds.
3rd Bedroom features Queen size bed with Twin Trundle pull out.
All 3 Bedrooms have a Balcony and Bedrooms 2 & 3 share Hall Bathroom.
Incredible home in the heart of Abbey Springs and is an amazing retreat for all four seasons. There is a firepit with 6 adirondack chairs in the woods and a hammock in the front. Located an hour and a half from Chicago, an hour from Milwaukee and 15 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva!
Fontana is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of Geneva Lake and Lake Como can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva Resort.
Yerkes Observatory and Royal Oak Farm Orchard are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
