• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• if you are checking out on a sunday, we ask that you take the garbage and recycling to the street, since mondays are trash days.
• Strip all sheets from used beds and bring all towels downstairs to the laundry. please start load of either towels or sheets before you leave. pods are in a container in the cupboard on the right.
• Please make sure to place tv remotes and fan/light remotes back in their designated areas. for any lost remotes, we will need to charge a $60 fee. please lock the sliding glass door and windows.
