The open layout allows for everyone to be together at all times.

Sleep comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom suite with a flat-screen TV. Private, full bathroom is attached with a walk-in shower and garden tub. Guest bedroom 2 has one queen bed. It acts as a second master suite with a private, full bathroom including a tub/shower combination. Guest bedroom 3 also has one queen bed. The third full bathroom is accessible via bedroom 3 and the hallway. Handicap railings are installed in the master and hallway bathrooms. Freshly laundered, high quality linens and towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the home.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable/smart TVs, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. No pool or pool access. Property is not ADA compliant. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
