Central in the area, Foley and Gulf Shores Sports complexes and any of of the smaller fields around this area. SAFE and QUIET location. Features a greatroom/living/dining/kitchen combo that opens to an outdoor area. This condo is much larger than what you would find comparably beachfront!! All new mattresses, large television in greatroom, everything for comfort. YMCA is directly across the street for a workout. Large on-site resort style pool steps away includes premium loungers and cabanas (no charge). Walking distance to grocery. Publix and Walmart and Large Outlet Mall are directly across 59 Hwy while this complex is nestled in an upscale neighborhood just behind many many many choices for restaurant/retail. Forget the beach traffic and prices! Come enjoy our place. Since we are new to this platform, please ask for our reviews. We are long-time “innkeepers” and love what we do. We would love to share our reviews from other platforms! Our very large pool includes lounge chairs, patio tables, and dressing area/bathrooms, and a soothing waterfall feature. It is steps away from this Condo but fully gated and locked. Baby pool is separately secured within. Please note that we do not accept trailers of any sort, RVs, or any recreational type vehicles parked on the property without prior discussion approval. Bring the whole group and enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located condo. With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 5 total beds. The Space
This condo is newly renovated and only recently offered as a rental, with most of its contents brand new. It’s been professionally decorated with comfort in mind and offers much more room than most beachfront properties. With a sofa bed in addition to the bedrooms, you’ll enjoy three distinct sleeping areas—ideal for groups or families. The condo is conveniently located along Highway 59, just 3.5 miles north of Gulf Shores. Wifi access, new AC unit.

Guest Access
Guests have access to a community pool that includes bathrooms, dressing areas, and a baby pool. A key will be provided for entry.
Please note, this Condo comes fully equipped. However paper goods and supplies are provided for startup only. Longer stays will require that you provide your personal lotions, soaps, paper goods, etc.

The second bedroom in this condo provides a TV and shelf for gaming consoles. The TV does not have additional connectivity for basic viewing. Any pull-behind recreational type vehicles or trailers require prior authorization. Also, the condo owners association does not allow pets. Owners with service pets must provide letter of necessity from physician and documentation from the facility where the pet was trained to the COA prior.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed on the back side of the building only and is not allowed on the screened balcony areas, pool or breezeways. Exterior security camera is located on the frame of the front door.

Located in Foley, this condo is near theme parks and near a water park. Tanger Outlet Center and The Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Gulf Shores Beach and Orange Beach Beaches. The Park at OWA and Waterville USA are not to be missed. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and scuba diving adventures can be found near the property.
