Welcome to our 4th-Floor Apartment in Murray Hill/East Flushing, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment in this 1000 sqft open-concept studio loft with a great view overlooking the neighborhood and Kissena Park. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, and outdoor dining. The building also features a 1500sqft Rooftop Terrace. Our loft is ideal for 1-3 guests but can accommodate up to 5 people.
- The bedroom area features 2 comfortable queen-size memory foam beds, a standard twin-size memory foam car bed (38” x 75”), a fireplace, and a closet.

- The living room area has a comfortable sofa and a 50" 4K Smart TV.

KITCHEN AND DINING:

(The loft is partitioned by curtain dividers, with the bedroom being split into two sections, while the living room and bedroom are also separated. It's important to note that the loft doesn't have an elevator and certain areas have limited headroom.)

- Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe suburban neighborhood in Murray Hill/East Flushing, just a pleasant walk to Kissena Park. Enjoy the beautiful Kissena Lake Loop Walking and Running Trail.
- It is conveniently located next to a 24/7 bus stop, supermarket, laundromat, salon, and various restaurants, bars, and stores nearby
- Our guest home is nearby Flushing Hospital, 0.5 miles from The Long Island Railroad Murray Hill Station, 1 mile from Downtown Flushing, and just 10 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
