We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable in modern yet rustic 1600 sq ft loft. This is a historic property that served as a town garage in the 1800s and early 1900s. It was completely remodeled, but you still get to experience the exposed brick and painting on the walls. The property is in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. This property is quiet and spacious.
Parking is available out front.
We provide the basics like dinnerware, cookware, pots, pans, flatware, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry supplies, dishwashing soap, plastic bags, foil, spices, etc.
We have Roku TVs in the bedrooms so you can stream movies and you can watch cable through the Spectrum app.
There is a swamp cooler in the main living area and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please turn them off prior to leaving.
Garbage is dumped on Mondays. Please use the Howard Disposal garbage bin out front.
Located in Florence, this vacation home is in the mountains. Florence Pioneer Museum and Dinosaur Depot Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dakota Hot Springs and Four Mile Ranch Golf Club. Royal Gorge Route Railroad and Fremont Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Water tubing and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking nearby.
