Gorgeous mountain views! Less than two and a half hours from NYC, ten minutes from Belleayre Ski Center, and 40 minutes from historic Woodstock, this cozy and private cottage is perfect for a romantic couples retreat, two couples, a small family, or a few friends looking for a relaxing and quiet escape in the Catskill mountains.
The cottage has two bedrooms (both with Queen size beds), one full bathroom with shower/tub, and a great room consisting of kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a woodstove fireplace in the center of the great room. Hardwood bamboo floors and modern Mid-Century furnishings, and High-Speed Wifi Internet throughout the cottage.
The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto a deck that features stunning mountain views, and open fields, with a fire pit.
This cottage is a short drive to Phoenicia, Woodstock, Andes, and Margaretville for shopping, dining, antiquing, skiing and river tubing.
For skiing, the house is centrally located and close to Belleayre, Hunter Mountain, Windham, and Plattekill.
Located in Fleischmanns, this cottage is in a rural area and in the mountains. Pratt Museum and Zadock Pratt Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hunter Mountain and Belleayre Mountain Ski Center. Pine Hill Community Center and Delaware & Ulster Railroad are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
