This is a newly remodeled beautiful home in the desirable Ponderosa Trails neighborhood in Flagstaff. We are 4 minutes from the South end of the NAU campus and 4 minutes from the airport. Freeway access is easy and we are close to downtown. The backyard is fenced in with a front porch and 2 back decks. We have a hot tub on the lower level. Guests can enjoy the whole house and backyard. Quiet hours are after 10:00. We have a separate apartment in the basement of this home. It has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Guests will not see each other. No part of the property is shared. Guests that book our home are the only ones that have access to the fully fenced in yard, the hot tub, all 3 decks, driveway, garage and the bbq. Enjoy your time in the pines!

Ponderosa Trails, a neighborhood in Flagstaff, is home to this vacation home. Riordon Mansion and Doris Harper White Community Playhouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Oak Creek Canyon and Sandys Canyon Trail #137.
