This house if 5 years old, but shows as new since it has been our lightly used vacation home.

Situated on top if a hill, every single window in this house has picture-postcard views . This property is a destination in itself. You will never tire of the beauty of this setting. The house itself is a roomy (2300 sq ft) home built on four levels:
Level 1: The master bedroom/bath is on the lower level by itself, and has a king bed and a futon that makes a full bed. It has a covered patio with swing seat and table.
Level 2: Entry level has powder room and coat closet
Level 3: Kitchen and the great room with large covered patio.
Level 4: Top level has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room.

Two large covered patios are wonderful for sitting or dining outside. The upper patio has a BBQ grill along with table and chairs for dining. Fireplaces are in both the master bedroom and the great room.

Stairs are carpeted and child friendly. The upper patio is 23 feet above ground, which affords wonderful views. The patio has railing, but for children who like to climb over railings, it can be a hazard, so please be aware.

Flagstaff is home to this vacation home. Doris Harper White Community Playhouse and Riordon Mansion are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Arizona Snowbowl and Mother Road Brewing Company. Lowell Observatory and Astronomy Discovery Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
