Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, skiing, golf, hiking, biking, shopping, dining.The condo is ideally situated near I-40 and 17 with easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Petrified Forest.
For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer.
Please note, this is a unit on the ground floor below another unit occupied by tenants. There is a half flight of stairs leading down into the condo.
Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Located in Flagstaff, this condo is in the mountains. Walnut Canyon National Monument and Doris Harper White Community Playhouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bushmaster Park and Lowell Observatory. Astronomy Discovery Center and Coconino County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
