The 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has everything you’ll need for the perfect beach getaway. With two living rooms, a game room, and a luxe patio with pool, your group will have plenty of room to spend quality time together. Wake up to sounds of waves on the shore, and sneak a peek of the ocean from the wraparound balcony.
The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a 65” TV. An adjacent game room has a pool table, jukebox, and four arcade game systems.

Under the staircase is a kid-friendly reading nook, affectionately called the “Harry Potter Room.” Take a book from the nearby shelf and curl up with a hot chocolate -- this cozy area has bean-bag seating for two.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy breakfast at the large peninsula countertop with seating for five. A long table behind the sofa has additional bar seating for three, and the dining table is set for six.
Downstairs, the wet bar has a full-size fridge, sink, and cupboards stocked with plasticware -- ideal for game room activities.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, chaise lounge chair, 55” TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.
Nearby, the second bedroom has a king bed. The adjacent guest bath has a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs, the third guest bedroom offers a king bed, 55” TV, and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids, with a 33” TV and two sets of triple twin bunk beds, sleeping six. A guest bath is configured with a walk-in shower.
Each bathroom has a ceiling fan.
The fully enclosed, private backyard features a pool and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Outdoor furnishings include two loungers and a sectional.
Fire up the gas grill -- there’s ample space for a cookout on the shaded patio.
The wraparound balcony is furnished and perfect for sipping morning coffee while taking in peekaboo views of the ocean.
An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a fun-filled beach day.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, bikes, and driveway parking for six cars are provided.
Walk just 5 minutes and you’ll be at the beach! You’re also a 5-minute walk to Hammock Park, a community center with a playground, picnic pavilions, and volleyball and basketball courts.
Hop on the provided bikes are cruise 3 minutes to the Mala Compra MTB Trail that meanders through several different Florida habitats.
Stock up on groceries at Publix, just 2 miles away. Or experience fine dining at 386 (1 mile) or the oceanfront Atlantic Grille (2.5 miles).
Pet fee is $200.00 per pet plus tax. Dogs only.
Located in Palm Coast, this vacation home is near the beach. Hammock Beach Ocean Course and Ocean Hammock Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground.
