The recently upgraded kitchen with new appliances and granite counter top is well equipped and will allow you to prepare small dishes for two or large ones to entertain your friends if you enjoy cooking. This non-smoking condo is light and open with tiled floors in the living area and w/w carpeting in the bedrooms. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 6-8 persons and bar seating is also available. The living space is roomy with 2 large sofas and 2 leather recliners. You will have a beautiful view of the sea from the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Indulge in breakfast and breath-taking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom balcony, or enjoy dolphin-watching in the evening. The upper level includes one master bedroom with a king size bed and balcony and a second bedroom with twin beds and a balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway. A crib is available if needed. The two full bathrooms with renovated bathtub/shower are pleasantly designed and comfortable. Internet access is available.

Parking is available in the private driveway and in the garage. The washer and dryer in the garage, which is attached to the condo are convenient. You will be less than 30 yards from the beautiful sandy beach and less than 10 yards from the heated private pool big enough for lap swimming but with a shallow area to play with your family. As of summer 2008, the pool and deck area have been re-tiled and resurfaced.

Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand/water toys, crab pots and a charcoal grill are all available for your convenience-just bring your bathing suit!

If you like walking you will enjoy the pristine sandy beaches or the walkway that will lead you to the center of Flagler Beach and to the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, as well as to a multitude of family and gourmet restaurants. The walkway is also perfect for biking. You will enjoy the wonderful golf courses, playground areas, tennis courts and basketball and racquetball courts within short driving distance. You are less than 30 min away from Saint Augustine and the Castillo de San Marcos, the Lightner Museum and the famed Tiffany stained glass windows at Flagler College. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is unique in its collection of reptiles and exotic birds. Marineland aquarium, less than 15 min away, has been recently renovated and you or your family may enjoy swimming with the dolphins. Fishing, boating and kayaking are available close by, The historic Flagler Beach Municipal Pier was originally constructed in 1925 and is one of the area’s most popular fishing spots! Fort Matanzas and Matanzas inlet are just 15 min away, with boat rentals handy at Devil’s Elbow. Also close by is Washington Oaks Gardens, with unique nature trails and magnificent formal gardens. This Florida State Park is also famous for the unique shoreline of coquina rock formations that line its Atlantic beach. A short drive south will take you to Daytona Beach and its world renowned speedway, as well as to the Kennedy Space Center.
