The home has a vast parking area with room for multiple boat trailers and up to 10 vehicles. Enjoy ATV and snowmobile access directly from the property into Fish Haven Canyon. When you're not taking advantage of the complimentary community amenities, you can enjoy a bit of luxury, rustic comfort, and lovely views of Bear Lake's deep, blue beauty from the large deck area. There are also ample sources of entertainment at the house, including a double-shot basketball game and air hockey, foosball, and Ping-Pong tables. Plus, there's a firepit.

This home is just a short distance from the shores of Bear Lake and Reserve Beach, a limited beach area in high water years, and about 10 miles from North Beach. The small community of Fish Haven offers a golf course. Six miles north, the community of St. Charles is home to a few popular restaurants and unique shops. Other nearby attractions include the Garden City Marina, seven miles away, Minnetonka Cave, 17 miles away, and Bloomington Lake, 20 miles.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
