The Summit Paradise or what we like to call "A Little Slice of Bearadise" is a newly constructed property located in The Reserve, one of Bear Lake's finest private resorts. The views from the deck of the home cannot be beat. Imagine watching the sunrise over the East mountains with the first touches of light hitting the lake. This gorgeous 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath home welcomes friends and families to gather for their next reunion, yearly vacation or companies Corporate Retreat. Guests will enjoy entertaining in the very spacious well equipped kitchen creating some of their favorite meals with enough counter space to serve everyone. Three different areas in the home to gather whether you are wanting to watch a movie, play board games or play with the littles in a secret hidden room. There is a plenty of room outback on the large grassy area to play some fun family yard games and in the evening gather around the firepit and enjoy some yummy smores. Guests will have access to the Reserve's private clubhouse which includes two swimming pools, hot tub, playground, sports court, exercise room and expansive private beach.
