This 2600 square foot beachfront home maximizes the amount of living space into 7 bedroom which is a great space for large families or multiple families vacationing together.
The main living area is on the second floor with the kitchen and living room in an open floor plan with views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer on each floor. The second floor is not accessible from the from the first floor. The second floor is accessible from the covered staircase on the back deck. The second floor has hardwood flooring and the downstairs has new custom Pergo flooring. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor main living area. The master is a king bed with a full bath. There is a full bath in the hallway across from the second bedroom which has a bunk bed - the bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. The third bedroom on the second floor is a queen size bed. The downstairs has one full bath with a new custom tile shower with glass door, custom tile flooring and double bowl vanity.. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs - 3 are queens and one is a custom bunk bed room. The bunk bed room has 4 custom built beds - two beds are full size and two are twin size. All of the mattresses upstairs and downstairs are new beautyrest black nappa plush pillow top mattresses including the ones on the bunk beds.
This property only rents for a 7 day minimum in the months of June and July, during holiday weeks, as well as the week of the Ritz Concourse car show and the week of the Shrimp boat festival. You can always inquiry if less days are desired, which may be possible at times due to other existing reserved dates when less than 7 days are available. Located in Fernandina Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Fernandina Little Theatre and Blue Door Artists are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Clinch State Park and Amelia Island Lighthouse. Fernandina Beach Main Beach Park and Fernandina Beach Pinball Museum are also worth visiting.
