Tucked away down a quiet road, less than one mile to the beautiful shores of Fernandina Beach! Close to the Ritz Carlton and a shopping center. Relax outside with friends around the fire pit or play some corn hole! At night you can turn on the patio lights and continue to enjoy the outdoors! Across the road is a man-made lake where neighborhood geese go for their swim and sometimes even a peacock will wander down and take a peek. After a day at the beach, wash all that sand off in the newly installed outdoor shower. Inside there are smart TV's in every room that have wifi and all the apps you need to stream whatever you like (limited cable). The bedrooms all offer soft, comfy beds and bedding that will make it hard to want to climb out of. There is a packNplay in the mian bedroom. The living room has a pullout sofa bed for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and cookware. Dishwasher and microwave to make cooking and clean up a breeze! Ring doorbell on the front door and over garage area for your safety.
