Three bedroom home with a private screened pool just steps to the ocean. There are two master suites and one small bedroom. Home was recently remodeled with bright beach colors and design. Travertine floors throughout. Flat screen TV in each bedroom and the main living room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and one car garage.

The home is also directly across the street from the community pool. Summer Beach Village is a private quiet family oriented gated community and is located near Amelia Island Plantation with golf and many restaurants nearby. Our home is excellent for groups of up to 6 people.

We ae surrounded by some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world with oceanfront golf holes. There ae many public and private courses where guests can play.

Downtown Fernandina Beach is a quaint historic beach town with the oldest saloon in the country and many antique and unique shops. Come and enjoy, crabbing, fishing, swimming, shelling, dining and shopping in a truly undiscovered paradise. Relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

Located in Amelia City, a neighborhood in Fernandina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Plantation Artists' Guild & Gallery and Fernandina Little Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Amelia Island Nature Center and Island Falls Golf. Fernandina Beach Pinball Museum and Fernandina Beach Main Beach Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
