As you enter you will notice the main level bedroom featuring two twin beds, plantation shutters and 60 inch flat screen smart TV. Just across the foyer is a gorgeously redone full bath with a combination bathtub/shower, a beautiful vanity with vessel sink, and stunning grasscloth wallpaper.

There is ample seating in the tiled living room which features a stylishly slipcovered sofa, loveseat and two matching swivel chairs all centered around a 60 inch flat screen smart TV. This beautifully decorated living space overlooks the Sailmaker pool and has a gorgeous peekaboo ocean view from the living space and balcony! The fully stocked and recently renovated kitchen is adjacent to the living room. This luxury kitchen features blonde maple cabinets and stainless appliances complimenting the dark granite countertops. The dining table seats four and there is room for three more at the bar area. Sliding glass doors and large windows allow for full Florida sunshine on this level!

Stepping through the sliding glass doors you'll find a private balcony which overlooks the community pool. There is a glass topped table with four chairs as well as two Adirondack chairs. Dine al Fresca or sip your morning coffee on this beautiful balcony overlooking the magnificent oaks!

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with its king sized bed and full en suite bathroom both with peekaboo ocean views! The oversized tiled walk in shower and quartz topped vanity provide the luxury experience vacation travelers seek! A 60 inch wall mounted flat screen smart TV rounds out this fabulous space.

Just across the hall sits the 2nd upstairs bedroom which features another king sized bed and full bath with a tiled walk in shower and a generously sized vanity. A wall mounted 60 inch flat screen smart TV is also included in this room. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the the hallway on this level.

A quick 2.5 minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The Summer Beach Community is ocean front so no need to cross any streets to get the the private beach access. The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool that this villa overlooks is directly behind the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

With this gorgeous villa guests can also purchase access to the Golf Club of Amelia Island Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island!

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Amelia City, a neighborhood in Fernandina Beach. Amelia Island Nature Center and Island Falls Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Palmetto Walk Shopping Village and Shoppes At Amelia Concourse. Fernandina Beach Pinball Museum and Fernandina Beach Main Beach Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
