Upon entering the property guests are greeted by an open floor plan with coastal décor throughout. The renovated kitchen, dining, and main living area connect effortlessly and lead to an oversized private balcony that offers ocean views. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker (drip and pods), blender, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, pots/pans and more.

Between the bar and dining, eight people can sit comfortably making this rental ideal for friends and family to gather. The main living area is equipped with all NEW furniture, including a sofa (with a Queen sleeper), love seat and two gliding chairs, a Smart TV (online streaming available through YouTube TV) and an electric fireplace.

The master bedroom has a King bed, ocean view, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower and walk-in closet. The first guest room is equipped with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and closet. The third room has Twin beds and a closet. The second bathroom is located just across the hall with a walk-in shower.

Guests can enjoy the sunset on the balcony or take advantage of the newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, and designated grill area on-site.
