Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Come relish beachside living at it's finest with a quiet, picturesque seashore, an expansive complex pool, and miles of beautiful walking/biking trials.

Relax and wake up to the ocean sunrise, enjoy the easy access to the beach, and splash around in the large, renovated Beach Walker pool. The condo's recent upgrades include stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl-plank flooring and a dedicated water heater for luxuriously long hot showers. All furniture, fixtures, decor and custom blinds are less than three years old, with the neutral colors creating a calm, restful environment.

The gorgeous kitchen and family area are on the first level, with an open concept layout. The balcony is accessible through the dining area and has superb ocean views. The third level is the quiet main bedroom and full bathroom. There's ample closet space throughout the unit for guests' use. When needed, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
