Summer Beach is located on beautiful Amelia Island which boasts some of the most beautiful beaches and golf courses in Florida. Sailmaker at Summer Beach is one of the most beautiful properties on the island and is located in the exclusive gated community of Summer Beach Resort right down the road from the world-renowned Ritz Carlton Amelia Island hotel and Spa. At the Ritz, you may indulge in fine dining, spa treatments, and golf.

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is located directly on the beach and provides spectacular views and incredible sun rises. This modern luxury condo was completely renovated in fall of 2016 which included new paint, new kitchen with quartz countertops, furniture, media, new ceiling fans, all new bathrooms, carpet, appliances, plush bedding, etc. Our condo truly does feel like a second home rather than 'rental condo', because we want our guest to feel like they are at home. Sleep while listening to the crashing waves. Then arise in the morning to the most beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit out on the deck, while having your morning coffee watch the dolphins playing and the turtles living on the dunes..

In downtown Fernandina, you will find the oldest seaport in the U.S. which has a rich heritage and has been under eight different flags. Leisurely take time to stroll around downtown, especially at night among the lighted trees and visit the quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. Additionally, there are Jet Ski, parasails, and inland/offshore fishing charters available for hire. A short ferry ride can take you to beautiful Cumberland Island, the only national sea shore on the East Coast.

When it comes to meal time, the kitchen offers every convenience. All new appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the appliances of home are available -- a coffee maker, toaster, and all of your gourmet needs.

The spacious master bedroom is privately located with views of the Atlantic. It boasts a King-size bed, 40” flat-screen TV, and large closet. The master bath has a walk-in, tiled shower, and double vanities.

The guest bedroom provides family sized bunks featuring a full bed and 2 twins with a 40” flat screen TV and large closet.

Living room provides additional space with a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed for extra guests.

For laundry, there is a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron available for use.

Most importantly, though, for your beach getaway, all the accessories you may need are included -- beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc..
