The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise over the Atlantic.
The guest bedroom is ideal for families or friends, offering both a queen bed and a twin bed, plus access to a full bathroom.
A wall of sliding glass doors in the living area opens onto a covered patio with ocean views—perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing after a day on the beach.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Whether you're staying in or heading out, you'll appreciate the convenient location: just minutes from Peters Point Beachfront Park, the Ritz-Carlton, and a short drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District, known for its charming shops and restaurants.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels (1), trash bags, and a sponge.)
A security camera is located directly inside the front door, facing the street, and on the back patio, facing the ocean. This is in place for your safety and security. There are no other recording devices inside the house.
