Any exterior construction directly impacting this unit's building will be minor (painting, caulking, cosmetic touch-ups) and will be completed by early June 2026. Construction on other areas of the Ocean Place property is anticipated to continue through September 2026. The South pool (closet to this unit) at Ocean Place is open and will continue to be open throughout the construction process. The North pool will be temporarily tarped/closed in early April 2026, but is anticipated to re-open for the summer season (July). There is also an additional cushioned wicker chair perfectly placed for reading with the beautiful sunrise easily visible.

A large glass slider furnished with custom drapes leads you out onto a private balcony that hosts a two chair high top table and a cushioned chaise for ultimate relaxation!

Just off of the great room lies the stunning master bedroom with the same picturesque views. Plush bedding fixed on an upholstered king headboard, 2 handsome chests, a dresser, and custom curtains fill this lovely space. No refunds will be given for a cancellation made within 30 days of the arrival date or within 60 days of the arrival date for monthly rentals. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If Travel Insurance has been purchased a claim can be filed with the company to refund all monies paid minus the cost of insurance, if covered by their policy.
