Introducing 1380 Shipwatch, a freshly updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in the Destination Amelia inventory! The living space and balcony overlook the Atlantic Ocean and manicured green space in Shipwatch Villas, an oceanfront complex in the private, gated Amelia Island Plantation. Enjoy convenient access to Amelia Island's famed dunes-swept beaches, the Shipwatch complex pool (seasonally heated), and a cookout area for picnicking.
Both bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, and laundry area are located on the downstairs level of this two-level condo, offering extra peace and quiet for those travelers who relish slow mornings. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom with a renovated, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is very similar with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom across the hall. The laundry room is right around the corner.
All fresh bed linens are provided for our guests, along with bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and high-speed WiFi access is complimentary.
Guests can also enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) This sprawling 1,340-acre gated community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.
Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf course open to the public is Little Sandy but there are many other nice courses in the area.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guestbook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

Located in Fernandina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Timucuan Ecological & Historical Preserve and Spanish Quarter Village are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Amelia Island Nature Center and Island Falls Golf. Fernandina Beach Pinball Museum and Fernandina Beach Main Beach Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
