Located about a mile from downtown Fayetteville and 1.5 miles from the New River Gorge, enjoy all that Fayetteville has to offer from a private, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Relax in the shade on the covered front porch, and enjoy the sunshine from the outdoor seating and dining table on the back porch. Use the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill for home cooked meals between your West Virginia adventures.

Please note: The house is located in a quiet residential area on a county road. The road is gravel and is what the county calls an "unimproved" road. A high-clearance vehicle is NOT required to navigate the 150 yards or so of the road—just drive slowly. However, in extreme winter conditions, all-wheel drive can be necessary. If booking in the winter and you do not have AWD, please let us know so we can provide alternatives and insure your trip goes smoothly.
