Sweeping views of Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard from this grand 1914 estate with all the modern conveniences (new central air, internet access, wifi, updated electric, updated bathrooms, new windows and new doors). This exquisite home was built in 1914 by W.A. Tobey for the Hill family from Memphis, Tennessee. The Argento family purchased the home in 1940, naming it the Nicolina Argento House. It became a haven for art enthusiasts during the many art exhibits held at the home. The property's rich history and timeless beauty is truly unique.
Spread out in this 4,300+ sq/ft, 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath home which overlooks Falmouth Heights beach, the ballpark, restaurants and is a short stroll to the ferry to the Vineyard.
