This professionally decorated homes offers so many indoor and outdoor amenities. Watching sunsets from your covered back porches with 2 fireplaces, one off the Master bedroom and the other off the main living area. Wake up to the sound of a plethora of birds both sea and forest birds. Home backs up to bird sanctuary and pond with southwestern views beyond of Buzzards Bay. A very short walk (1 minute) takes you to 500 acres of woods and trails. Hike to Peterson's Farm, Highfield, Punch Bowl (with rope swing), and Ice House Pond. There are so many options to traverse through rolling glacial forests! The home has 2 beaches in the neighborhood. Very short beautiful walk to both beaches. Both are less than a very short 1/8 mile away. One of the beaches is deeded to only 9 families! Choose which to have a cocktail and watch the sunset depending upon the wind direction!
The home features over 1,000 feet of outdoor living, both covered and not covered! It's raining, no problem build a fire in 1 of two outdoor fireplaces, turn on the music system through-out the home and read a book or binge watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV over the main floor covered Deck. You're in a tree house! Take a shower in the outdoor shower off the master bedroom with your favorite song playing or soak in a tub with french doors open and watch a fire twinkle.
Kitchen has all the conveniences of a high end kitchen with a large island, subzero refrigerator, 6 burner with grill Miele stove, butlers pantry with deep sink and refrigerator and freezer/ice maker drawers.
Enjoy the sunroom with 3 walls of floor to ceiling windows, a 10 foot sofa and table perfect for cards, board games or expand to seat 6 for a lovely place to have a special meal.
Rainy day? Well you could hang outside on two of your covered decks or you could hang out in the Den with 84" TV s screen surround sound and blackout curtains. Den has pull out sofa if you desire to have sleeping for 10 or the kids want a bedroom with their own theatre experience!
There are 2 beautifully appointed master bedroom suites and another bedroom with attached bath with shower.
Go up higher and find a quaint bedroom, again with private deck! Best view! This bedroom does not have a private bath.
West Falmouth is one of the most beautiful areas on Cape Cod! There are two quaint towns very close to the house, Falmouth and Woods Hole.
Bike on the Sunshire Bike Path that has ten miles of a paved trail that begins in Woods Hole, passes by the town of Falmouth and ends at North Falmouth!
Steamship Authority to Martha's Vineyard is 2.5 miles away as is 2 ferries from Falmouth Harbor directly, one goes directly into Edgartown!
Located in Falmouth, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Main Street and Mashpee Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach and Cornelia Carey Sanctuary. Oak Bluffs Fishing Pier and Flying Horses Carousel are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
