Move upstairs to find a second living room with cathedral ceilings where guests can flip on the TV, enjoy an afternoon game of cards, or simply soak in the surrounding views of the ponds. This house is equipped with WiFi and air-conditioning for your convenience.

The newly-designed gourmet kitchen features pristine white cabinetry with lighting underneath, custom Corian countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, Pergo flooring, and even a washer/dryer for your convenience. With four new and comfortable bedrooms, along with three full bathrooms, Mill Watch can accommodate as many as seven guests during your Cape Cod vacation - as well as your dogs, for a small nightly fee. On the main floor, you'll find three bedrooms with two queen-size beds and one twin; upstairs, the master suite offers a queen bed and a private sitting area. There's even an electric stair lift to help out any guests with limited mobility navigate between the upper and lower levels.

Built upon the very land where John Gosnold founded the town of Falmouth in 1660, Mill View is rich in traditional appeal and local history. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
