The main floor features the eat-in kitchen, living room, sun porch, a full bath and a bedroom with a 1 queen bed and 1 futon. There is a half bathroom on the landing between the main and second floors. The second floor features another full bathroom, and three more bedrooms: one w/ 1 queen and two w/ 1 queen and 1 twin. The whole house including all bedrooms is kept cool by ductless AC units.
