Step into a cozy and inviting living room where you can kick back and relax. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, a Roku Smart TV for movie nights, board games for family fun, and a charming wood-burning fireplace for those cozy evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal. A Frame TV faces the kitchen—perfect for following along with a recipe or catching up on your favorite show while you cook. Coffee lovers will enjoy the drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle for those that perhaps prefer tea.
Need to get some work done? We’ve got you covered with a dedicated office space featuring a spacious wall-to-wall desk and two comfy rolling chairs. Plus, two of the bedrooms have their own desks and chairs, so remote work is easy and comfortable.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. Two rooms feature cozy queen-size beds, while the third offers a fun bunk bed setup that’s great for kids or extra guests. All three rooms include Roku Smart TVs for your streaming favorites, and one has a desk for those who need a quiet place to work or study.
Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is a spacious private suite with its own entrance. It offers a full-size pullout memory foam bed, a convenient kitchenette with a fridge, a full bathroom, Roku Smart TV, and a desk for work or study.
Step outside to the deck, where you’ll find a cozy outdoor sofa under a shade sail—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. There’s outdoor dining for eight, bistro seating, and a gas grill ready for your BBQ favorites.
For longer stays or light packing, feel free to use the washer and dryer—just note that the laundry area is in an unfinished space and doesn't yet match the finish of the rest of the home.
Parking is a breeze with a 2-car cobblestone carport in the back and plenty of free, easy street parking around the corner-lot property.
Please note that, while our home is located close to a nearby lake, we are unfortunately not part of that community. The lake is privately owned and we do not have access to it.
Lake Barcroft, a neighborhood in Falls Church, is home to this vacation home. Tysons Corner Center and Fashion Center at Pentagon City are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore National Mall and Great Falls Park.
