Nestled on a tranquil, tree-lined cul-de-sac street just a 15-20 minute drive from Washington, DC, our three-bedroom, two-bath light-filled oasis is the perfect retreat for your next getaway.

Location:
We are located just a 15-20 minute drive from Washington, DC, Tysons Corner, and some of the world's most famous landmarks. Starbucks, Giant (grocery store), shopping, and restaurants are walking distance or a very short drive. Major bus stop is just a short walk away, and the East Falls Church Metro stop (with plenty of parking) is 1.7 miles away.

Entryway Coat Closet:
Store your coats, shoes, boots, and raincoats in the ample entryway closet equipped with hangers and shelves. Umbrellas are also available for your use during your stay.

Family Room:
Relax in our cozy family room with ample seating, blankets, and gas fireplace. Enjoy entertainment with the large Wi-Fi connected smart TV. Please log in to streaming apps with your own accounts. Cable tv service not available. Please note that the fireplace glass doors must be open while in use, and fireplace should not stay on for more than four hours at a time.

Kitchen:
Our fully stocked kitchen includes:
- Oven, gas range, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, refrigerator.
- Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle.
- Spices, cooking oils, complimentary tea and coffee, snacks, pots and pans, baking dishes, cutting boards, kitchen tools, plates, cups, silverware, serving platters, and more
- Counter seating and spacious granite countertop for meal preparation.
Please note the freezer does not have an automatic ice maker. Ice trays are offered for your convenience.

Dining Area:
A dining table with seating for eight is provided for your meals. There is also a breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four and floor to ceiling views of the patio.

Bedrooms:
There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens. Each bedroom has blackout shades, ample closet space with storage and hangers, drawers, hampers, and extra blankets and pillows.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, and a large Wi-Fi enabled TV with Apple TV (must use your own streaming accounts). Bedroom 2 features twin bunk beds with twin trundle, enough space for 3. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed with private access to Bathroom 2.

Bathrooms:
Both full bathrooms are fully renovated with modern fixtures, handheld shower heads, rain shower heads, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, makeup towels, and basic toiletries. Bathroom 2 features a tub and shower combo. It is connected to both Bedroom 3 and the open family room/office area.

Office Space:
The office area features a desk, comfortable office chair, printer, desk lamp, local guide books, and writing materials. High speed wifi is included.

Outdoor Space:
The fully fenced yard features a generously sized patio with outdoor furniture for relaxation, a gas BBQ grill and a cozy gas fireplace.

Please note that our property is surrounded by trees and nature. Even though the home is routinely serviced by pest control, a few bugs might occasionally make it into the house.

Parking:
A one-car garage is available for your use, in addition to space for a second car in the driveway. Please note there is no direct entry from garage into the house. The only entry into the house from the garage is through the front door (and back door). Please do not park on the street. There is a $50 fee for lost garage remote.

Laundry:
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, clothes hanger, and cleaning supplies.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Lake Barcroft, a neighborhood in Falls Church, is home to this vacation home.
